Location -- right in the historical part of Amsterdam, yet very quiet. Rate -- modest price for location and comfort. I like all about the hotel. There is only item that could possible be modified -- mirrors in the bathroom. I had 2 mirrors in opposite sides of the bathroom, however, there was none right over the sink. I would prefer to have one over the sink to shave comfortably, rather than two mirrors with a little use. But this is not too important and had did not change my opinion of the hotel. |

Good location. Hotel had character and the room we stayed in (top floor) was pretty nice. Breakfast was uninspired (standard continental), no tea & coffee in the room, no double beds, only twin. |

The front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. Other than the small room size, everything about the hotel was exemplary. The amount charged for the room was excessive considering the narrow and small size of the room (I felt like I was in a closet). |
