The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful - they were the best thing about the hotel. The location was central and close to Centraal Station for the train to Schiphol. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel didn't charge for use of their computers in the business centre. The bathroom had mould on the grout. The bathroom was small and I couldn't find an extractor fan so after a shower it was like a sauna. For what it was, I thought it was a bit expensive, especially as the room was so small. |

the hotel stays just on the dam square - it's the ideal location for city walks. it's a bit noisy in the night, but the sound isolation is quite good. the staff sometimes was not understanding what we wanted from them. the room was cleaned well only the time when some change was laying on a table (haha, occasionally), other times the room looked just a little cleaned. i could not dial housekeeping a few times also.. // the hotel has a fully anti-smoke policy and they mean it: fully.. |
