Great location and a great staff-- people were very helpful and friendly.

But the place is old and on the cheep end. But for a night, close to the action of Amsterdam, it is perfect.

Include in the hotel information about accessibility to the room, in particular for disabled persons due to the long and unconfortable stairs and no lift available, particularly because the clients usually are carrying heavy bags.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Within 15 minutes we felt like regulars at the pub. The location was excellent, very convenient. And it was much quieter than we were expecting.

The location is perfect. Just at the center, 2 minutes walking to central station. Lots of restaurants and cafes around to eat. Very helpful staff. Very quite for such a central location. Has typical steep stairs of dutch houses which makes difficult carrying the luggages upstairs , but the staff helps you.

Rooms where a little bigger than expected and kept clean every day with fresh towels. Very convenient location.

A bit expensive for what it is as breakfast is not inclusive in the price. The noise didn't bother me to much as I can sleep through most things but it is loud. People going home till 3.30 then Bin Men at 6am cleaning. The hotel does offer earplugs though so don't let it put you off.

staff gentile, ci hanno fatto trovare i tappi per le orecchie in camera essendo su una via molto frequentata!!

nessuno, ma ha scale molto ripide con gradini non comodi per le persone pi? anziane o con problemi ed ? senza ascensore...insomma, non ? per tutti!!!!

Charming hotel and bar with nice people. Very good location to experience Amsterdam and near the train station.

Pitty the big TV did not work.Narrow steep stairs, no problem for us but you have to get used to them. Some noise at night but not too bad, earplugs are provided. Good for young and middle aged people, not for elderly people. Breakfast not included and nothing special.
