good location, close to tube, covent garden, shops etc; good value for money, room very clean, spacious, had a fridge and hairdryer.

They had somewhere we could leave our bags. It was good for what we paid, clean enough

They would not let us check in early if the room was ready. When we did get to our room, the window was open, it was nearly December!!!!!! We didn't get any breakfast, not even a coffee as the room was rammed! There were not enough pillows

The staff were very helpfull and had a good knowledge of info for the guests.

The lift had broke and is not going to be fixed in the near future. We were on the top floor nd so were those that had a lot of luggage. This also would have made it hard for disabled guests.

the shower door was hard to open and close and the shower head gave a very slow stream of water. there was a slight smell in the room

The staff was really nice, the fact we can check in whenever you want.

The breakfast room was so small, we hadn't room so we didn't get breakfast...

The location was very close to Kings Cross Station, very convenient. When a light fixture fell off, they fixed it very quickly.

The rooms were tiny. The floor boards were very creaky and the occupants above us walked around a lot and late into the night. The curtains were nice, but falling off. The toilet was leaking slightly and the shower did not drain properly. Breakfast selection was poor and dining room cramped. The room doors all slammed loudly whenever they were used.

Price was reasonable for the area and staff were reasonably freindly.

Size of room, double bed crammed in corner between fridge and wall so to reach one side of the bed you had to climb along the bed.

Location - Kings Kros is just 100 metres. Very easy to visit all London.

Sometimes even in London is not raining and is hot. So without conditioning is too hot in the room. Also breakfast is poor.

near to kings cross station (5minutes walk)

our room was very noisy due to vehicles and people passingby in the mainstreet, but we can't close our windows as it was too warm in the room.

Location was good

Breakfast was rubbish as it was too small a room and little choice. Room had hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor & windows were broken.

Staff was nice

The hotel still uses keys in stead of key cards. Breakfast is small: you get served only two slices of toast. You have to pay a surcharge if you pay by credit card. The hotel is very noisy: planks creaking, fire doors closing very loudly
