Very pleasant hotel in a nice part of city, it was clean and tidy with great attention to detail. Karen was very helpful throughout our stay and optional Champagne package was high quality and great value.

This was the best B&B of our whole vacation, and we stayed at 7 different places. The room was clean, the breakfast good, wine and beer available for reasonable prices. It was also very close to the city.

The excellent breakfasts - fresh strawberries for breakfast also a treat. The Acer is also well positioned between York Center & the racecourse - exactly where we wanted to be located.
